What does Rithmik do?
Diagnosis, not just detection. Purpose-built AI for mobile mining equipment that tells the right team what to fix and why, bridging the gap between operations and maintenance: reducing maintenance cost, improving availability, cutting unplanned downtime, and optimizing fuel efficiency.
How is this different from predictive maintenance?
Prediction tells you something will likely fail. Rithmik names the failure mode, cites the evidence, states a confidence level, and proposes the next action. Diagnosis, not just detection.
We already have OEM monitoring — how is this different?
OEM systems watch equipment and flag anomalies. They don’t diagnose, and they don’t talk to each other across manufacturers. If your fleet is mixed, you’re running separate stacks and cross-referencing in your head. Rithmik covers everything in one place.
We already work with a health monitoring integrator.
Most integrators are good at detection and offer no diagnosis and prescription capabilities. They’re threshold-based, analyst-dependent, and often require proprietary hardware installed on every vehicle. Rithmik works from data you already have and produces a diagnosis, not an anomaly score.
Is this replacing our FMS?
No. Rithmik is the intelligence layer above it. Results flow back into your FMS, other integrator or your own PowerBI dashboards, or through our own platform.
Will this replace our reliability engineers?
No. Rithmik does the first-pass diagnostic triage so your engineers spend time on hard cases, not filtering alert noise. The reasoning is auditable; engineers can review every conclusion the software reaches.
We're not ready for autonomous maintenance decisions.
Most customers aren’t, at the start. Rithmik runs in recommendation mode by default. Autonomous work request creation gets turned on per failure mode, only once your site has built trust in the diagnosis for that class of problem.
